Lab Puppy Weight.

Question
My husband and I bought a lib mix puppy a couple months ago from the pound.
He was much smaller than all of the other labs his age and everyone who sees
him says that he looks like a beagle. Right now he is about 3 1/2 to 4 months
old and he weighs 15 pounds. Is this average for a lab his age, or do you think
he was bred with something smaller like a beagle?

15 pounds is much too small for a 3-4 month old Lab.  While I occasionally see dogs of unknown ancestry that look like a Lab, but are smaller, what they may be is only a guess.  There are some pure Labs that are barely 50 pounds as an adult, but I doubt your puppy will ever approach that.
