Hi my dogs paw is still swollen I think I talked to you before my vet told me to just give him childern's tyelno is that safe? I read that these meds could seriously hurt a dog or posion him? So I wanted a second opion first?

I am surprised to hear a vet prescribed Tylenol.  Everything I have ever heard says no.  Perhaps you need to check back.  It is also possible in special cases a small dose may be advised.  One advantage of the children's formula is less of the active ingredient.  You might check back with the vet and make sure you understood it correctly.
