My lab had ran away and now is back she showed signs of being preg. and now is bleeding like she is in heat .. was wondering if a dog can be in heat while being preg.

Answer
This is not a Lab question but a dog health question.  No, dogs cannot be in heat AND be pregnant.  But they can be pregnant and have serious health problems which result in bleeding.  PLEASE get the dog to the vet immediately or else risk losing her.
