how big do they usally get? my next door neighbor has one and it barks a lot and  they want to know whats going on?

Dear Allie,
Siberians can greatly vary in size, the biggest a Siberian will get is 23 and a half inches at the shoulder and weigh in at about 60 lbs but I have seen bigger dogs, and ones alot smaller too. Sounds like your neighbours dog is barking because it is bored, perhaps they need to give it some toys or a bone to help alleviate its boredom as these guys are strong pack animals.
