New puppy

Question
My husband and I have just put down a deposit on a new puppy that we
collect in May. We plan to take vacation when we bring the puppy home so
that he won't be on his own as he gets used to being in a new environment.
However, when we go back to work would I be able to take him in with me?
(Dog friendly workplace which has dogs in the office). Obviously he wouldn't
have had all his shots so would he be able to be with other dogs? We plan to
crate train him so wondered about being able to take him in his crate? Any
advice greatly received.

Answer
You could take him in his crate, But you really should ask your work about this policy. Crate training is a great thing it would give him a "safe" place to snooze while you work. You can start bringing your pup around as soon as he receves his second set of shots. You might want to get a kong toy to bring along to settle him down in his crate.
