Answer
Hi Tanya,
Puppies usually get diarrhea.  I am not sure what type of food you are feeding the puppy, but same brand of dog food can cause diarrhea.  I feed my husky pedigree and she does just fine.  I remember having this problem before with my dog.  I bought some Iams puppy food, which I believe helps harden the stools up a little.  I know it is expensive, but it seemed to work for me.  The other solution is feeding the dog rice and ground beef or buying a dog food with rice ingredient in it.  This helps get food nutrients in the dog.  I usually food this to my dog when she has serve diarrhea or vomiting.  This dog food is only temporary until the dog stops having diarrhea.  She will need to go back on puppy food if you decide on feeding her rice and ground beef or dog food with rice ingredient in it.  Also, make sure the dog does not have any worms in her stool, this can also cause diarrhea.  If it does not stop after a few days with the suggestion I gave you, talk to a vet to make sure she does not have an internal problem.  I hope this helps you out.  If you have any question please ask.

Thank you,
Laura
