Question
QUESTION: My Husky, Stella, is 8 months old and has been great since we got her.  We've had very little problems as we exercise her a TON and give her lots of attention and play time.  However, as she's gotten bigger she has started to pull items like a book or a hat off a coffee table in the middle of the night and chew them up.  She's also getting up on the counter now that she can reach.  I know some of the ways to break this habit but wanted some additional help.  Thanks.

ANSWER: One thing that you can do is give her some delectable chewies that you hide all over the house just before you go to bed so it gives her a game to entertain herself.
You can crate train her, this also helps a great deal if you have to board her somewhere if you have to leave for home for an extended amount of time for some reason. I know some boarding kennels that cringe when someone asks them to board their husky because not many people crate train them properly. Due to this they are to noisy and disruptive to the other dogs at their facility.
You can also try putting gates up to limit what areas of the house she can explore when she is unsupervised. That is another way to help break it is to give her as few opportunities as possible to do it. -Michelle B ^^

QUESTION: I think I already submitted this but she is also very interested in a sappling tree that we planted.  I put a fence around it so she is very limited now but she is trying to dig under.  I used some no dig spray and that works but only for about a day..

Answer
I have 2 that just love to prune my Yu Bushes and any sapling tree they come across. If she has this strong of an urge to do this you might want to try and channel her tree chewing by buying her a block of maple wood (or another soft wood that is nontoxic) for her to chew on (untreated scrap wood). I have a friend who's husky has his own wood block, he chews on nothing else now that he has it. It might be your answer to all the stuff she wants to chew! -Michelle B ^^
