Question
We have a 9 wk. old female husky. She has been with us 2 wks.
She is an inside dog, potty training has gone well w/a few accidents. She sleeps in a crate @nite; spends part of the day outside w/our 5 yr old dog. Is fed 3xdaily. Past 2 days eats less each succeeding meal. Wants to walk all around house sniffing constantly, and crawling behind and under everything. If picked up she begins whining and struggles to get down. Has gone from wanting to be held constantly to trying to get away when held. Is this just her becoming more secure in her new surroundings and establinshing some independance?

Answer
You are correct! She is becoming more independent, just watch her to keep her out of trouble. I wouldn't worry about her to much with the eating less. Some Siberians just don't eat alot. But I would adk your vet about it anyway just to be sure.
