Anxiety? golden retreiver ; valerian time release canine dosage :

My Golden is panting, pacing and pawing excessively. She normally only does this during a storm, or when a storm is arriving. She is doing this now without a storm. She is unstoppable. If I'm sitting on the couch she wont leave me alone and will paw and eventually climb up on me. If I make her go lay down, she is back up in a couple of minute. She is not panting because of heat. Even if I'm ironing or doing dishes - now she paws at my legs too. Nothing stops her. Is this truly anxiety related? What can I do. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
