New PUP - Walking, ball play and NuVET Plus Pet Tabs, too

Question
Hello,

I am getting a Golden Retriever [11 weeks] in December from a reputable breeder. I want to do know If I get my pup at 11 weeks old, is he too young to go for walks? If so, what is the proper age and how long should I walk her so as not to overexert him? This leads me to my next question:

I have heard that one should not take there pup out until they have there full round of shots. When will that be? I want to make sure my Golden receive his socialization, and I am afraid that by limiting his exposure to the outside world may hinder him from receiving all the benefits of socialization.

Thanks

NuVET works for Us!
Hi Ray - Well Best wishes on your new PUP!!!
Great.

I am sure you will be a wonderful Golden Pet Parent.

Here are my suggestions:

Walking on a leash will be learned and you first need to bond and do the Ball play games.  Don't worry about the "Walking Thing" .....
do Bonding with soft Tug-O-War games and lots of teaching fetch will a ball.

Next-
It can take up to 16-18 weeks for all the shots, ( immunizations) to have been given.  Some folks like to spread them out even further than 18 weeks.  I do recommend you take a PUPPY and ME class.
They will allow this at 10 weeks old as long as the dog has been wormed x2 and had the first two immunizations.

This is a good place to socialize him.
At the program he should be safe because the dogs are Immunized and Wormed, too!
This would be the only place to take him, at his young age, and be safe and healthier.

Also, Make sure you baby gets the best start in life with NuVET Plus - here is the link:  GREAT for HIP, joints and overall Excellent health for your pup.
Keep and Build a Strong Immune System with NuVET.
