not gaining weight sojo dog food;

Question
My female golden puppy of 6mos.can't seem to gain any weight. She fluctuates bet. 28 and 31 lbs/ in a 2mos. period.We,ve taken her to the vetmany tims and they have done many tests but so far nothing shows.Today she is 281/2.I feed her Ca Natural dry food large dog food for puppies about 2/3 cup chicken and rice. She leaves about 1/2 of it over Sometimes I addcottage cheese sometimes an egg,sometimes boiled chicken  or boiled grounmd meat,sometimes pasta.She usually eats the sometimes food but leaves over the kibble. It,s sad to feel her ribs. Her brother from the same litter is 51lbs eats everything. The vets are still doing  GI tests  but so far have<nt arrived at a diagnosis. Its quite expensive! I trust them ( a group of three vets) and they want to get to tbottom of this. She was regurgitating  once in a while but hssn't done so in about a week. Sometimes she.s happy and sometimes listless.She plays open mouth fake bite with her brother alot. She is a good dog..I know there is a few things that I probably left out so we'll e-mail back and forth if you have questions.  Thank you so much
