Question
My golden has a frequent problem with peeing when he first meets someone.  HELP

Answer
This is called submissive urination.  He is begging the stranger not to hurt him.  You need to build his self confidence and confidence in you.  Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members
outrank the 4 legged ones.  You can learn to play the role of top dog by
reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class
or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with
a treat. Start at http://www.dogsbestfriend.com/  If he has a strong leader, the leader will protect him form the stranger and other threats.

Play tug of war with him, and lose.  Just at the end of the game, you take the rope or toy and put it up.  You are still top dog, and neither of you must have any doubt.

You might also arrange for strangers to hand out treats.  I have carried a little kibble in a 35 mm film canister.  I wonder if they will no longer be common soon.

My Lab, Daisy, had this problem too.  It was more excitement.  She outgrew it.
