I need thelp to housebreak my 7 yr old again

I have two dogs a male golden retriever/yellow lab mix who is 7yrs old and a female yellow lab that is 2 yrs old. We fenced in our back yard in the early spring and they spent most of the day outside but came inside at night. Since it has gotten much colder they only go outside to eat and relieve themselves. In the last three weeks, there have been accidents all over the house. I have figured out that it is the older dog which is odd. He was the best on house training. He is healthy and his urine doesn't smell overly strong and the stools are normal. He was crate trained as a puppy but hasnt been in his crate for over 5 years. Do I need to crate train him again? Ill take any suggestions. Im about to sell them on Craigslist. <joking>

If it is happening when you aren't around, you may have to go back to the crate.  keep a goo deye on them when you are around.  give him an sharp ''Ah, ah, ah!'' and take him out if you catch him in the act.  

If you don't, all you can do is clean it up.
