golden retriever puppy with tearing eyes

We have an almost 4 month old golden and she is wonderful.  Her right eye tears and she has a stain where the tears come out.  Our Vet has her on an ointment for tearing but it doesn't seem to be working.  The haws of hers eyes are becoming more noticable as she grows too?  What do you suggest?

Wow. I have never seen such a case. Try taking her to a different vet as it might be serious. I cant make any predictions because i dont know health related issues that are this complex. Sorry. But i can tell you that you need to check with another vet.
