Answer
Are they truly fighting, or just playing?  It is the nature of young dogs to engage in rough play that looks like fighting.  Here is a link to a picture of a couple of dogs playing, http://www.photolocker.net/images/Labman/gretchenandellaplaying.jpg  If you don't have too much experience with large, young dogs, you need to have somebody that does observe them and figure out what is happening.

There are cases where you put two dominate dogs of the same sex together, you will have trouble.  Even the most experienced dog owners may have problems.  In such a case, the first thing is to neuter them both if not already.  Then you must provide them strong leadership.  The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts.  Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog.  Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones.  You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat. I seldom suggest a private trainer, but this may be a case for one.
