Submissive peeing

2 year old male wire hair, adopted from humane society.  
Recently neutered. Pees whenever my husband goes near him,
even to pet or praise. Recently started doing it with me,
too.  Has agressive / dominance issues with other dogs,
kids and strangers, so I think it will be tricky to fix
without creating other bad behaviors.  help.

Try to locate a dog trainer in your area.  You might also consider a pet store class.  You want to work on the aggression asap.  Submissive peeing takes a long time to get over - I have one that I have had for about 6 months and he is just now getting better about it.   The neutering might help with both problems but it takes 30 days for those hormones to get out of his body.
