Dehydration?

My 3 year old mini dachshund every once in awhile will throw up (foamy), shake,
is unable to stand without swaying, and gets glazed over eyes.  She goes outside
for fresh air and is fine.  It's really scary as she was baby #1 before my daughter
was born.  Help!

It sounds like she could be having mild seizures but I am not a vet so please get her to yours as soon as you can.  I have dogs with seizures and am familiar with it and know that medications can control them.  She will not get better but worse if this is the problem, so again, take her to your vet.  Let me know how it goes and good luck - I hope she gets better soon!
