Question
back in Jan. I took my 5 mth old pup to the vet( I got him right at Christmas so this was my first visit) and the did a fecal test and discovered he had hook worms, well  the vet put him on interceptor and also gave him Pyrantel Pamoate 50mg to be given 3 times with 2 weeks in between.  In February I saw some worms in his stool so I thought this was a good sign but now today I saw more worms in his stool. Is this a good sign? My husband who has raised coon hounds all his life says it is but I am worried. Please help me, also he has some kind of eye drainage that makes under his eyes look really dark Is this normal or what could I give him to help it? I am very concerned about my baby>

Answer
How is your dogs eye stains ?  Did you try the NuVET for the eye stains?
How is the worm situation?  I would be glad to help with feeding and supplements if you need me.
Just ask..

Hi Jen, No you don't want to see worms in the stool.  Please get her to the vet again for another visit.  Also, the eye stains can be yeast.... How about giving 1/2 a nuvet wafer per day:
