pee pee pad

hello my 4 year old Chihuahua was pee pee pad trained which worked out great untill the day marley decided that he wants to pee under my desk now and lay in the pee pee pad i have tryed everything cleaning with all kinds of cleners to maby get rid of the sent i have yelled and said no no bad boy hes recking my hard wood floors  how can i get him to go in his  box agin

I need more information so as to be able to help you out with this problem.  First off, has Marley been trained to use a pee pad for the whole four years?  Is the pee pad in a box?  I'm confused with what you've written.  Tell me EXACTLY what the situation with the pee pad is - Are you placing it in a littler box?  If so, what kind of litter box?  And where are you putting that box at in the house?  How often are you cleaning it?  Have you changed the brand of pee pads lately?  What is under your desk that he's peeing on?  Is it a throw rug or what?  What type of cleaners have you used?  What room is your desk in?  How long ago did he start peeing under the desk? You need to give me as much information as possible for me to be able to help.  Remember...I'm not there and can't see the situation.

Yelling at him isn't going to solve the problem - it's just going to confuse him more.  There's a reason that he started doing this and I'd like to help you get to the bottom of it so that he can be directed to urinate in the proper place.

Is he neutered?  And do you have other dogs in the house?  Are there other people living in the house?
