8 mnth old male

Question
I have an 8 month old male chiuahua who is still using the bathroom in the house, but the biggest problem is he has started peeing on my female german shepard and because he is so fast having trouble actually catching him in the act, so I don't know how to stop it.

Hi Jessica- First off, please take this little boy to the vet for a good check up.  Make sure he doesn't have a urinary infection.
