sinus problems

I have a little chihuahua (1 1/2 years old)and she has had sinus problems all her life. It seems like her nose is always runny. Lately it is getting worse. I have taken her to 5 different vets and no one has been able to help her. She has had all her blood work and no one can help me. I am afraid I will loose her soon. She stops eating when her nose gets worse.

Is she on any medication? If so, does it seem to be helping at all? What do you feed her, and what plants do you have in your backyard? What do you have that she could be allergic to? Please answer my questions so I can help you.
