My 7 mo old pug/chi has skin issues

I picked her up 5 months ago and a local pound. She had 3 sdcabs- one on the top of her head and one on each ear, now, she has 8 lesions on her head, crusty edges on her ears, and she has chewed the hair off 3/4 of her tail. Been to 2 diff vets- the did a skin scrape- no mange, they both did a ringworm/fungal test- both neg. Shes going to be spayed this week- should I have them do a biopsy, and do you think this could be a form of mange despite the results? Also shes been on high does of antibiotics, steroids.fungal meds over the 5 months ive had her, Im desperate!

Hello Margie - I would cancel here spay until she is better.  There is no major reason to spay her at 5 months old.  Do it at 9 months , before she comes into her first heat.  GET this kid healthy before you put her under the anesthesia.  
Just my opinion.

Let's work on changing her food and put her on some good supplements.

What are you feeding this kid?  Brand and Flavor?
Any vitamins, supplements or oils?
