My Chihuahua Wont Stop Peeing.....

Hi, I hope you can help me!  My dog is a male long haired chihuahua which is 9 months old now.  He is pee pad trained but he started marking in the house approx. a month ago so I had him neutered exactly a week ago today.  Ever since I had him neutered he has stopped the marking but now he is peeing everywhere.  He is even walking while he is peeing, it's as if he can't hold it...I don't understand what is going on.  This morning I took him out of his cage which was clean and dry and had him up in my arms to wait for my son to get dressed and take him out (since he has been peeing everywhere but the pee pad lately I have started taking him outside) and while in my arms just started peeing....all over me, the wall and of course the floor....I don't know what to do or what to think can you please help me...

Andy, you need to get your Chi to a qualified vet to determine what this problem is.  The fact that you had him neutered and then this started is a great concern to me.  Have you discussed this with the vet who did the neuter?  Did you have the neuter done at a "discount" clinic?  If you did, take him somewhere else to be examined. Please don't waste any time in getting this taken care of and ask them to do a urine culture to see if he has a urinary tract infection and ask about the possibility of bladder stones.
