our crated pomchi

Question
our pomchi is 6 months old and he's still not potty trained! We keep him in a room with a baby fence and have a kennel in his room. He is well potty trained in his room, but he "goes" whenever we let him out of his confined area. He knows he is not supposed to, because he avoids eye contact as soon as he does it. I don't want him to live in his room for ever... HELP!

Sorry Judy, Did you know Chi dogs are not easy to potty train?
My Chi did not get fully trained until 2 ....
YOU can use a male wrap on him for pee pee... Here is a link to a male wrap...HE won't like the way pee feels in his wrap.
