5 month old chi puppy with a sensitive stomach

My vet just diagnosed my 5 month old chi puppy Sugar with a sensitive stomach.  He suggested that I cut out the Puppy Chow and just feed her canned dog food.  I am currently giving her Pinnacle canned dog food with just a tiny bit of puppy chow mixed in (to wean her off of the puppy chow).  My question is, how much at each feeding of the canned dog food do I give her?  I don't want to give her too much, but yet I do not want to starve her either!  Also, how long should I keep the canned dog food in the refrigerator before it goes bad?  I am putting it in a ziplock bag (one of those vacuum sealed bags) for now...

Hi April - Ok, I would love to see you do some home cooking for this baby ?  Is it possible for you to do this????

MIX the old food ( like you have been doing - 1/4 of the portion) to the new food x 1 week.  Then go 100% to the new food...

If you don't want to do the SoJO - I can suggest a few other quality foods... We want grain free brands for that belly.
