Neutering Problems with chi; pain after neutering;

Hi there!! I have a question.. I just adopted a Chi from a shelter and he was neutered about 2 days prior. this was about 2 weeks ago....now the wound has healed but he cries whenever he is touched in that area or when his back feet are touched..he is still eating normally and playing..I don't know if there is a serious problem or if this is normal?  Thanks for any advice

Follow up on Neutering -  How is your chi doing now ?  I was wondering what the vet did for you two?  Let me know if I can be of more help?

Ariel, No this is not normal....Bring the little guy back to who did the neutering...
