Hi. First, you figure out what genetic health problems are in the Lab breed, and have him tested for them. During this, you'll want to have an experienced lab breeder have a look at him to see what his faults and virtues are. If he passes his health tests, and is considered a good specimum of his breed, then you can advertise him.
