Question
My ten month old boxer seems to breath heavy with a snoring
Noise could something be wrong with her respertory system
She don't sneeze nor cough. Is there any thing to ease it .

Answer
It's hard to give a good answer without more details. Does she always breathe heavily? Is it ony when she's sleeping?

Snoring while asleep is a pretty common Boxer trait and there's not much to do except try to reposition their head, which can sometimes help.

If she's always breathing heavily and noisily, a vet check is in order -- it could be many things, including an elongated soft palate. These are not uncommon in short-faced breeds; in some cases surgery to remove the excess will eliminate the breathing problem.

If she sometimes has bouts of loud, heavy breathing where it sounds like she's snoring/snorting when she inhales, this may be what is called "reverse sneezing". It's harmless, but sounds horrible to us humans! Sometimes massaging the throat, encouraging the dog to swallow, can stop a fit; sometimes a quick hard breath directly into the nostrils can do the same. If it happens often, you might consider keeping a journal to see if you can pinpoint any triggers.

Good luck!!
