my boxer runt

I believe my boxer is a runt. she is now 3 months and is about 5-6 lbs. my problem is, shes been having diarrhea, no weight gain she is very active, and happy. what can i do? I cant afford a vet... anywhere i can go that's no so expensive?

There's really no good answer to give without knowing why she's having the diarrhea, unfortunately.  5-6 lbs. is severely underweight for a 3-month old Boxer - she should be about triple that weight.  Chances are either there's a significant health issues going on, she's much younger than you were told, or there's another breed in the mix.  Diarrhea could be caused by a food intolerance, worms, coccidia, parvovirus, giardia - a vet visit really is required, here.  Check with rescues and shelters for tips on lower-cost clinics or vouchers that might help defray your costs a bit - as well, there is program called CareCredit (www.carecredit.com) that will let you finance veterinary expenses over a certain amount of time.
