Answer
If she is pregnant-- food might disagree with her-- and of course, pregnancy.

Whatever dog food you choose-- make it an all natural dog food with NO corn and NO corn glutens. Boxers are usually allergic to these fillers and it disagrees with them and their digestive tract and can cause symptoms; including vomiting and skin irritation.

Actually, if she is pregnant-- the food you NEED to feed her throughout her pregnancy and her NURSING pups is a high protein puppy food-- she needs it now pregnant and while nursing. Ask any vet- they will tell you. Be sure the high protein puppy food doesn't have any corn and any corn gluten in it though. Same as I mentioned above.

You can feed her 1 cup of whole, plain (NO flavors) yogurt on her puppy food daily to help her keep healthy during the pregnancy and whelping.

If she is pregnant-- I will offer my help and advise throughout. There is a bunch of preparation needed for her whelping and puppies-- and it can be life or death for her and puppies if not prepared and followed to the letter.

If this doesn't help within 1 week-- get her to the vet ASAP.
