My Queens Kittens

Question
My queen had a litter of 3 kittens 2 weeks ago. It is her first litter. She is a non-pedigreed vision of beauty torishell. Her kittens are 2 males 1 female. Now the ginger male and the tortishell female are quite plump and lazy but the black and white one is quite skinny. He has a very noticable big head. He is very lively so I am not too worried about him and we call him the moaner because he is always "talking" and playing.

I was wondering if I should actually be worried about him (he does suckle from the mother by the way) and if there is anything I can do to get weight on him?

The kittens seem to be developing very quickly though - within 7 days all the eyes were completely open, and they were already starting to hobble around and now 16 days after birth they are already starting to try get out the box and walking carefully without hobbling. I downloaded the guide on the kittens (the 1 - 6 weeks guide) but I don't know whether to follow it because they are really growing up quickly - any advise?

Many Thanks.

Answer
I think it's normal fot there to be a "runt".  I would try to make sure he's getting more protein, which helps his growth and development.  The vet might have something for you to give him.  I think the guide you downloaded will help you, so go ahead a use it.  Basically, kittens need extra protein, so you can build from there.
