I have a ferral female that i recently had spayed,is it possible for her to come in heat? Lately there has been several cats hanging around the yard.

If she was spayed only a couple of weeks ago, her hormone levels could still be high and other cats would be attracted. Although cats may just hang around to hang around.  Unless she is exhibiting signs of being in heat, I would not worry about it.
