Question
when I am not around and leave any clothing, shoes or purses out my cat has destroyed my clothes with chewing holes she has been declawed since a baby she is now 2 and she is an indoor cat I buy her lots of toys and houses to play in and she still chews on stuff she shouldn't, she also keeps knoking things off of counters, bureaus and is breaking everything, please help

Answer
Joy,

You will probably not like my answer, but what you need to do is to "cat Proof" your house.  Breakables need to be in places inaccessible to the cat.  Clothes, shoes, etc. need to be put away where she can do no harm to them.

My guess is that she was removed from her mama way too young.  Clothing chewing, especially wool clothing, is a symptom of this.

Best regards... Norm.
