3 week kittens eyes

I took in a stray cat,4 babies born 3/7, 1 died, 2 of the kittens seem to have matter in their unopened eyes.remaining kitten has both eyes open.  Help PLEASE

I am not a vet, but it seems that the eyes of those two kittens have an infection going on.  You can use a warm wet cloth (soak it in a mild mixture of boric acid and water) and gently dab off any crustiness.

You will have to go to your vet to get some ophthalmic eye drops for the kittens' eyes.  The vet may also want to put them on an oral antibiotic, as well.
