Question
Hi, My cat Polly is a 12 yo part Burmese. She has had a long history of urinary tract infections but in the last few years it hasn't been as bad. Due to her condition I have had her on Hills CD dry cat food for a number of years (fussy eater too). The last 8 mths she has taken to vomiting alot. She eats alot of grass and it is always present in her vomit. I have taken her to the vet but nothing is obvious to them. I am wondering if it is possible the CD is too strong for her ageing tummy? Is there an organic or other version on the market suitable for urinary issues?Around the time she started getting sick Brisbane also added fluoride to the drinking water. Is it possible this may upset her tummy enough to make her vomit? Even though the vomiting has reduced (now about twice a week) it is still an issue and is unlike Polly to vomit. Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated, thank you, Kate

Answer
Hi Kate and Poly -  I wonder if she is having trouble digesting the Hill's C/d as it has a bunch of fillers.
Do you want to try some home cooking for her?

See this link for home cooking - it may help:
