New Cat and NuVET Plus - Wellness, Innova, Merrick;

Ms. Peppers,
I just received my very first cat, somebody brought her to my house and begged me to take her. I am absolutely in love with her and want her to have the best food possible. I feel overwhelmed with the different food choices in the store and don't trust labels. As far as dry food; what is your recommendation? I would say she is about 1 year old or so and very vigorous. Thanks

Nu vet for cats NuVet feline vitamins; Wellness or Innova Cat foods;

Hi Sara, Well, great news!  BEST wishes on your new cat.
I like the following dry foods:
Innova; Wellness; Merrick; Solid Gold; or Evangers
Look and see what you can find.  I hope you can fine one of the above I listed.
Also, 1/2 a can of wet food is fine per day - JUST make sure it is a good brand.
1/2 can can be placed on top of the dry food.

Always make sure there is fresh water...CATS don't like old water in the dish.
