blood in stools

i have a 13 week old pup,twice this week she has had blood in her stools,she is not constipated.the stools are quite soft but not diarreoa.she seems fine in all other ways.does she need to see the vet.

Yes, I would take her and a stool specimen to the vet.  It is very likely that she has intestinal parasites causing the blood in her stool (coccidia, hookworm, roundworm and giardia are common culprits).  Even if the stool sample is negative, she should receive at least 2 dewormings as a puppy.
