dog behaiver

my dog will bark at the for us to let her in but when i open the door she just stands there or barks at me or just stands there. why is this? she is a siberian husky if that helps.

Answer
In many cases attention seeking behavior can be exhibited by pets.  Each time you go to the door, this reinforces that if she barks you will come.  This is seen in children as well, so is a cross species behavior.
