limping boxer

Question
I have a 9 month old boxer who is very active and very playful.  Over the last 2 days he has been favoring his front right leg.  He has a limp and holds his paw off the ground at times.  However when he is outside he runs and jumps nearly full speed...he shows no sign of pain when I touch his leg, pad, or shoulder.  I am out of town for the week and my parents are watching him but I wanted to see if you had any ideas on what might be the problem??  He is a very tough dog and he still loves to play but I will get him to the vet if necessary.  Any ideas...can you help?  Maybe just a sprain...

Answer
I would think it just a sprain. Wait until you are home to have it checked if no better. Or you could try some holsitic approaches when you return home.

Now, since you asked a holistic veterinarian, I have several questions for you since everyone has a different relationship with their cherished companion animals.
What are you willing to do to have your pet live a very long and healthy life?
Are you willing to think differently?
Are you willing to do some work when your animal is not sick to maintain health?
Are you interested in saving money on your veterinary bills?
