i have a 4 month old kitty.she has tapeworms.she has an appointment at the end of next month to get spayed and shots.at this time i cant afford to take her to vet to treat her.what can i use to get rid of them naturally?or do i need to take her to vet rite away.

The only effective treatment for tapeworms is the medicine that you buy at a vets. They cannot sell tapeworm medicine over the counter. You should call the vet where she is to be spayed and ask if you can just get some tapeworm meds for her.

You also need to get rid of her fleas.That is the main way they get fleas.
