Boston Terrier and wall eye

Question
I have a litter of Boston pups that are almost 8 weeks old. The problem is that 1 of the larger female puppies seems to have wall eye. I told the family that my vet says she should grow out of it. Do you think this is genetic for the breed or in particular to one of her parents? Her mother's eyes have always been perfect. The father of this litter's eyes were not quite perfect when I got him at 4 months but corrected themselves by the time he was 6 months old. This is my second litter from this pair. If it is one of the parents then I will be breaking up the pair. The last litter had 1 puppy that had 1 eye that was not perfect until she turned 3 months old.

Answer
I think you pretty much answered your own question. It seems obvious that the male of these two is passing this down. I would not use him for breeding anymore.

It is a problem in the line of any dog with bulbous eyes, not just Boston's. Not all of them have it and those that had it when young should not be bred.
