My chi has had a tie with her own brother i didnt notice until it was too late how will this affect the puppies?

They will cousins as well as brothers and sisters? I am just kidding. It won't affect them very much but it was not a good thing to breed the two.
That is why we really emphasis neutering your pets at a young age. Both sexes.
So when these puppies are given away it's time to spay and neuter both of them.
