dog shaking and sneezing

I have 3 chi's and they are allergic to something, I am giving them Chlorpheniramine 4mg 2xaday but it is not working, I have had their ears checked, all ok, got allergy shots but didn;t help, use resicort for skin, but still shaking, it is a full body shake, and sometimes just the head, don't know what else to do,changed their food, no wheat, no corn.

Without an exam and other tests it is impossible for me to diagnose anything on the internet.  If all 3 have it, there may be something in the environment that they are all reacting against.  I would recommend that you have them looked at by a veterinary dermatologist.
