Lhasa-poo is throwing up

Our little puppy who is six months old is not eating as well, and is throwing up a little these past two days - it is a little yellow, the dog does have a heart problem is this related.  What should we do. We are giving him a vitamin daily.

I would need more info to try to answer your question correctly. I don't know what type of heart problem your dog has. The vomiting could be from several things. The vitamin, the type of food, possibly the heart problem, parasites, getting into poison, and several other things. There isn't anyone that could give you a diagnosis online for that problem.
