Keep cats away

Question
I do not like cats and don't have any pets.  I have a new next door neighbor who has a cat.  She lets the cat out, it jumps her back fence, then over my back fence to poop in my garden and walk on my car for the past year. I HATE THAT CAT.......how can I stop her from visiting me:)

Hi Patricia!  I am not sure I can help with this situation.  The only thing I can suggest is talking to the cat's owner and explaining what her cat is doing to your property and ask her to not let the kitty out anymore.
