Walking in Circles

Hi,
  I have a pure-bread West Highland White Terrier. He recently hit his head hard on my leg to the point of giving me a large bump on my leg. Now he is walking in circles and won't lay or sit down for more than a minute or so. Does he have a concussion?

It's very possible Sean. Any time a pet starts to circle this is very serious, so a trip to the vet is in order here.
If his eyes are jerking back and forth he should be taken very quickly. Brain injuries are not something to wait on.

Call the vet and tell them you are bringing him down.
