Dog with stomach ache

I have a small pomeranian, 4 lbs. I can tell she has a tummy ache because her stomach is making noises. What can I do for her?

Answer
A growling stomach is not always the sign of a tummy ache. Are you feeding her table food? If so then she might be having a gastric disturbance and the table food should stop.

If she is actually vomiting or ill you can give her a 1/4 teaspoon of pepto bismol but measure it out. If she is vomiting tomorrow call the vets. She could be working up to some gastritis or pancreatitis.
