Female puppy bleeding a week after being spayed

Exactly one week ago, my puppy was spayed. She was in heat when the operation occurred. She started having accidents in the house on Monday. 2 nights ago I noticed blood stains in my bed. She pees in several different places when I take her out one time. She is still playful and doesn't seem to be in pain. Her incision is not red.

Well the blood in her urine isn't unusual as they will bleed a little into their vestibule and then the blood is carried out with the urine. They two are not connected in other ways.
When they are in heat their vessels are swollen so it's not a surprise that she is having this bleeding but what concerns me is her urinating all over.

I would take her back to the vets to have him check her urine for bacteria. She very well could have a urinary tract infection.

The squatting in several places is sort of a key symptom in UTIs so it's important that she be seen soon for that.
