cat with oral cancer

I have a 17 year old cat that has just been diagnosed with oral cancer, are there any holistic measures I can try?

Pretty doubtful I am sorry to say. I am not a vet however and there is one in here that does holistic work but beware of anyone that tells you to spend oodles of money on this disease.

At this stage and and his/her age, there is nothing more you can do but make them comfortable and watch for signs that your cat will give you that it is time.

You know your cat best- they will let you know. Not eating is the first step and then they will give you "the look."

At that point you will be giving the last gift of ending their suffering.

I am so sorry. I lost a cat at 13 myself to this.
