Tummy ache

Question
Lugnut, my 8yr old blk lab/chow mix through up everything she ate on sunday and monday. Tuesday morning I switched to rice/chicken with a touch dry food and it stays down, but she eats 1/2 the normal amount and drinks twice the water. Do you think it's serious,should I take her to the Vet, or does Lugnut just have a sour tummy?   Thanks                                             nutlug@hotmail.com

If she has stopped vomiting and doesn't have diarrhea, I would continue to feed the bland diet for a few days.  If she is lethargic or stops eating, get her to the vet.  I would also give her some plain yogurt as the beneficial bacteria in yogurt is also helpful for dogs.
